Delivery & Returns
Before you purchase anything from e-vintage please pay close attention to measurements given for each garment. See our sizing guide to learn more about how to find the perfect vintage clothing to fit your body and style.
Vintage means pre-worn and loved. Our clothing has had a life before it even reaches you! Please be aware that most vintage clothing does show small signs of wear. Any defect will be recorded and reveal in the description section of the item. Each item is carefully graded by our knowledgeable team, please see our “about” section for our grading guide.
We offer full refunds or exchanges on any item that you have purchased. To return an item simply email firstname.lastname@example.org with your order number and a member of our team will get back to you. Items must be returned within 14 days (UK) and 20 days (International) of receipt of goods.
We reserve the right to deny a return if the item is received after the stated return time period or if the item is not in its original condition. Please note that our all our vintage items are pre-loved so may show signs of age. In all circumstances we have attempted to best describe the condition of our vintage items within the item description. Any items returned for faults that are clearly stated within the item description will not be refunded. We maintain detailed photos of all our vintage items and inspect each item carefully so please be aware. Any items received not in their original condition will be sent back to you. All items must be posted back Recorded Delivery. E-vintage holds no liability for missing items so please ensure that you retain proof of postage.
Once the returned goods have been received we will process your refund to card from which the original payment was made for the amount of your original order (excluding postage) plus the cost of your return postage. Please note that returns can take up to 20 days to complete from receipt of goods. We will email you once we have received your item to keep you informed as to what's happening with your refund.
Please note that in all cases the initial delivery charges will not be refunded unless the order was cancelled by us, or the item is faulty, in which case you will receive a full refund.

Under the consumer protection regulations 2000, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of the receipt of your goods. If an item has already been dispatched to you and it is too late to cancel, we ask that you return the item to us – see “Returns” to help you how.
All our items are sent by the royal mail recorded delivery. Once your order has been processed, we will send you an email with the tracking reference for you can keep track of your parcel.
